Theoretical Contribution: Propose a theoretical framework for measuring the impact of intelligent customer service systems on human capital depreciation in the service industry, filling the research gap in this field.

Technical Contribution: Develop a set of efficient tools for measuring the rate of human capital depreciation caused by intelligent customer service systems, providing technical support for service industry enterprises.

Social Impact: By quantifying the depreciation effect of intelligent customer service systems on human capital, help service industry enterprises formulate effective coping strategies to reduce human capital waste and unemployment.

Model Optimization: Provide specific optimization suggestions for OpenAI’s models to better adapt to the needs of the service industry. This research will deepen our understanding of intelligent customer service systems and their societal impact, driving technology toward greater fairness and inclusivity.
